If your latest find isn’t quite what you envisioned, our team is dedicated to making the return process as seamless as the rest of your shopping experience.

The 60-Day Style Trial

We want you to be completely certain about your purchase. You are welcome to request a return within 60 days of your order being delivered. This generous window ensures you have plenty of time to try your new pieces on in the comfort of your own home.

Keeping Your Pieces Pristine

To be eligible for a return, your items must arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and that the original packaging is included. We ask that you take care when trying on garments to avoid any transfer of makeup, perfume, or deodorant, as items must be in "like-new" condition to be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Please send an email to info@lisoi.com with your order number clearly stated in the subject line or message. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to send your items back to our studio.

Shipping and Exchanges

While we do not charge any restocking fees, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To ensure your package reaches us safely, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Looking for a different size or a new color instead? We are more than happy to facilitate exchanges. Just let us know what you need when you contact us, and we will check our current inventory for you.

Your Refund Timeline

After your return arrives and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a notification once the transaction is complete on our end.

Please note that individual banks and payment providers often have their own processing times. It may take a few additional days for the funds to officially appear in your account statement.
